Total resident capacity: 5 Care provided from moderate to extreme needs. Professional dietery management and delicious home-cooked food. Personal laundry and daily housekeeping are provided. Administration of medication is strictly observed. Medical care arrangement and medication management as well as physician calls and R.N. supervision. Psychiatric nursing assessments. Diabetes management. Daily exercise programs and physical assessments. Mobility: walkers and wheelchairs. Assistance provided for all activities of daily living, such as: showering, bathing, grooming and physical hygiene, toilet assistance, transferring, incontinence care, dressing, feeding, telephone use, reorientation, redirection, verbal cueing. An individual care plan is created for each resident. |
Skilled services: injections, ostomy, colostomy, dressing changes, oxygen, breathing treatments. We welcome residents receiving hospice services and work closely with the hospice team to ensure comfort and dignity for residents with terminal illness. We help with home referrals for physical therapy, speech therapy, and special skilled services. Private or semi-private rooms are available for your loved one. Bedrooms are large and easily accessible to wheelchairs and walkers. We have a living room where residents can watch movies or TV shows, as well as participate in daily activities. There is also a relaxing outdoor area. Residents have the freedom to participate in menu planning. We schedule a monthly activity and entertainment program. We have a weekly Bible study and prayer meeting. Small pets may be allowed after assessment and with approval of management. Both English and Spanish are spoken at our assisted living home. Our fees are determined by the amount of care and assistance required. We accept ALTCS, Medicare, and Bridgeway Health insurance. Please call to inquire about other insurance we may accept. |
